Open the NetMaster software, enter the password for monitor client in the pop-up window, and it will prompt “Enter to Monitor mode timeout”.

The reason is that the NetMaster service on the computer did not start.
Steps to start the NetMaster service:
1、Use the shortcut command “Windows+R” to open the run window.
2、Then enter the command “services. msc”,
3、 Click [OK] to enter the [Service] window on the computer
4、Find the ‘NetMaster Service’ and start it.
